This paper explores the application of administrative law in school management of Colleges of Education. The paper defined key concepts, outlining the historical background, and the statement problem. The paper hinges on the Rule of Law Theory, the paper sets forth the study's objectives and reviews related literature, including discussions on administrative law and education, the legal frameworks governing education, the role of education authorities, and the intersection of administrative law with student rights. The paper identifies significant challenges in applying administrative law within school management, such as a lack of awareness and training, complex legal requirements, resource constraints, and bureaucratic delays. To address these issues, the paper recommends providing legal training for administrators, simplifying legal guidelines, allocating adequate resources, and streamlining bureaucratic processes. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the critical role of administrative law in safeguarding student rights, encompassing areas such as freedom of speech, privacy, and equal access to education. It highlights how administrative law ensures that students with disabilities receive appropriate education tailored to their needs and enforces anti-discrimination policies that promote equitable and inclusive learning environments.
